I’m really sorry to leave a bad review but my experience and cut were dreadful. You have absolutely ruined my pre wedding hair and I’m at a loss as to what to do. I raised my concerns during the appointment and whilst effort was made to rectify it...

I'm sorry to hear you feel like this Victoria, clearly there was a miss communicate on our behalf, that you still felt unhappy when you left the salon. When you have a dry cut we don't get the allocated time to style the hair, so if you find that it's not been behaving, Im happy to offer a senior stylist to help look over and readjust anything. As the wedding isn't till May. We understand this should be an exciting time for anyone and feel dreadful that you feel like this, we will keep this offer open for a senior stylist you till then. Hope you feel like you can come back in and get this problem sorted.
